PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
- Poland: 3-5 business days via InPost
- European Union: 5-10 business days via DHL
- International: 10-15 business days via DHL

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order ships.

PACKAGING
Each original painting is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials and sturdy packaging for safe transit.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
